Meet Cameron Mai
As principal, Cameron Mai is involved in many aspects of commercial real estate services including tenant representation, landlord representation, business brokerage, investment sales, and development. Cameron Mai started her career in commercial real estate in 2010 with Richardson-based Pacific Century Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage firm that is well-known in the D-FW Asian community. In 2021, Cameron joined The Weitzman Group, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. Cameron has a passion for delivering excellence and creating value for her clients.
Mai is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
Mai received a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Mai’s project leasing experience has covered numerous suburban projects including New Century Square, 99 Ranch, Walnut Plaza, Legacy Plaza, 14 Jupiter Plaza, Lewisville Marketplace, Oakridge Plaza, Buckingham Plaza, Northstar Plaza, Saigon Central Market, and more.

Mai’s first new development project is Celina Pike 1915, an 8,000 SF retail shopping center which is part of Celina Station, an 18-acre mixed-used development project at the SWC of Preston Road and Ash Street in Celina, Texas. The project is situated next to Downtown Celina, approximately 7 miles from US 380.
